- 700g Chicken portions
- salt and pepper to taste
This is more like child’s play than a recipe, haha! It’s for yet another one of those “lazy, too tired to cook days and couldn’t be bothered with a lot of fuss in the kitchen.” I know these days do come time and again and yet the family or you have got to eat. However just like these roast potatoes, simplicity can sometimes actually be quite tasty!
Quick Instructions
Note: There’s no need to add oil when roasting chicken as it already contains some fat which will be released during the cooking process.
- Simply place your chicken portions (700g) in an oven proof dish, add a splash of white spirit/wine vinegar and season with salt (and pepper if you wish) then chuck into the oven. Grill-bake at 180 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit/ Gas Mark 5 for 50minutes or until golden brown and skin is crispy.
