- 700g tender steak
- Steak and Chops spice
- Pure Vegetable/ Olive oil
This has to be one of the most simple recipes yet. If you’re one who’s not too keen on spicy food or you’re just starting out with spices then this steak ‘n chops steak is your baby! All you have to do is rub some oil on the steak then rub the spice onto it on both sides and you’re ready to roll. Just make sure that you are using a very tender steak as this will be a quick fix.
Resources/Equipment You Will Need
- Griddle or non-stick pan (check my online store if you need one)
- Tongs/ Spatula
Quick Instructions
- Have your seasoning ready, that is your steak and chops spice.
- Rub the meat with a bit of oil and the seasoning on both sides (to your heart’s content!) Lightly grease the pan with oil and heat it up. Add the meat and fry until browned (about 3-5 min on each side depending on the thickness of the steak).
Pictorial Detailed Instructions
Serve with your preferred accompaniment. For starches you could have rice, potatoes or even pasta. A sauce or soup would be great too and some vegetables or a salad. I had this with some fries, yum!
P:S You will note that I did not add any salt. I found there to be no need to add salt. The spice did it all for me, but you are free to add some if you wish.
