  • 500g ox kidney liver
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 sprigs spring onions
  • 1/4 tsp salt

This here recipe will be perfect for a quick fix meal. You’llbe done in 20 mins tops. There’s nothing fancy or complicated about the dish but this does not take anything away from how good it tastes! Just add salt, spring onions and a little freshly ground black pepper and voila!

  2. Heat oil in pan, add the cut up kidney. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry until the meat is browned, stirring occasionally.
