- 1/2 pineapple
- 3 plums
- 2 bananas
- 3 peaches
- 1 orange
These will do well for a kid’s party or as a starter before your main meal. You can also have it even as a snack during the day. The reason why I prefer having fruits as a starter, that is before a meal, is because ideally fruits are to be consumed on empty stomach so that they can be quickly digested and that you can gain all the nutritional value that you possibly can. When you eat fruits after a heavy meal the digestion process takes longer as your body will have to process what you ate first. This is a pretty “simple” recipe. Should you wish, you can even have it with a drizzle of fresh cream
Quick Instructions
- Get your fruits ready. With your pineapple already peeled wash the other fruits and cut them into bite size cubes or pieces. Put your fruit pieces into little bowls to make it easier for you to orderly thread your fruits onto your kebab stick.
- Thread your fruit on to the kebab stick in whichever order you like.
- That’s it your mini fruit kebab is ready.
Pictorial Detailed Instructions
As you can tell this is an extremely easy fruit kebab to make. You can quickly do this and allow people to snack healthy whilst you prepare the main meal to follow. You are also welcome to add a variety of fruits to your kebab. In this case I used a few fruits I could pick from my fruit basket and fridge.
