  • Basting sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp granulated white sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp water

My family and I absolutely enjoyed this meal. The flavours were intensely good and this is no exaggeration! You can serve this with roast or boiled potatoes, rice or pasta. I used Montana Meats’ fat free mince and it worked perfectly. I don’t like mince that oozes out fat when you fry it and what I used did not let me down. Let’s get down to how to prepare the meatloaf.
