2 Servings
~ 15 - 20 min
- 2 Medium sized Kariba breams
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 2 tsp garlic, finely minced
- 2 tsp parsley, minced
- 2 tbsp oil plus extra for frying
This fish is just delicious and so simple to make. I love the little “flavour parcel surprises” you find inside the fish as you eat. You have to give this a go and let me know how it turns out in your kitchen. You may serve with your preferred starch and vegetables.
P.S, I was coking for two hear. You may double the quantities for 4.
Do This
- Get your ingredients together. Cut about 2 small slits on each side of your Kariba bream. Rub the fish with a little oil and season it with salt and the garlic n herb seasoning on both sides.
- Mix together the minced garlic and parsley. Tuck this mixture into each slit of the fish. Heat oil in pan, fry the fish on one side for about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Do the same to the other side.
- Alternatively you may grill the fish at 180 degrees Celsius until tender and cooked. Enjoy!
