- 500g Boerewors/any other sausage
- 1 cup canned sweet corn
- 1/2 punnet button mushrooms, diced

- Handful of pecan nuts (optional)
This dish was a winner. Everyone enjoyed themselves to the last bit. I especially loved how the pecan nuts brought in a complementing texture and taste to the whole dish. If you’re tired of doing your boerewors, or any other sausage for that matter, in the same old way then this might just be of interest to you! It’s a simple way to add a little life to your sausage. You can serve this with any starch you wish; rice, potatoes or pasta. Let’s get into it now.
